I think it's going to be state wide come Jan 1. Stupid people in Honolulu. That said i'm not doing it. I get it. People don't have lights,mirrors etc on their mopeds. So don't punish everybody. Stop the idiots who are on dangerous bikes. One nite i was coming back from dinner at a friends house near Sunset. To get to my place in Waialua there is a good section of Kam that isn't lighted. I heard a moped and didn't see them. Went right by me and the idiot had no lights or reflectors. Good thing it was a stroke and made noise.
