I keep having issues with my stock FA Italia clutch and was thinking of getting something else. (Frying corks, jumpy) Anyone used one of these?

I have not used that type, but now use the cnc clutches either from bgm or sip & can't fault them as when it goes breasts up the basket stays together instead of disintegrating & causing havoc & damaging the crank.

Yeah I was looking at the BGM one as well. Went down to the shop and ordered some BGM plates and a BGM brass bushing to rebuild and see if that fixes my problem. I really shouldn't need that much clutch on a stock scoot but I've been through it two-three times now and it's getting better but still is jerky

Agree with GLscoot. I'd rather use a banded basket than rely on some thin tabs on one of the friction plates to hold my clutch together.

Put the banded basket mentioned and I would recommend the following plates kit. It's really great and handles my 221 setup just fine...
