Modern Vespa

I purchased this rack from SIP [http://www.sip-scootershop.com/en/products/luggage+carrier+rear+_75236000] because I wanted a fixed, compact rack for my Stella 2T. The rack is advertised as 25cm by 25cm (about 10 inches). 25cm is the working load area of the rack, but with mounts and supports the rack actually extends 16.5 inches behind the seat and is way more rack that I want. I paid $70 plus about a billion in shipping. Too much to send it back. I'm willing to part with it for $70 plus whatever shipping costs are for US domestic. It will be shipped UPS which requires a physical address (no PO Boxes). Or you can pick it up if you live in the Willamette Valley.
