hello everyone, i have a vespa gt 200 (2005) its a great scoot but can anyone explain why these scooters wont run when the battery is low in charge, before putting on a new battery my scoot just kept cutting out until i charged it up again,

i have replaced the rollers and drive belt and the clutch is ok also tried a replacement clutch,but it still wont drive is this a fuel problem or should i be looking elsewhere, any suggestions? thanks for looking
