Hello guys,

My Primavera 150 2015, has that annoying rattling sound.
Always when in 'mid open throttle'
Or hard on throttle and off again a little it's rattling a bit....
I have checked number plates - center stand - checked clutch/variomatic - exhaust nuts - hit the bike almost all over with a rubber hammer - fixed nuts - shaked bike to find nothing wrong.
I think it is something inside the engine - so now I think it's time to upgrade engine to a malossi cylinder kit, but does anybody know if there is a small end bearing in our motors (can't see it in the drawing I've seen)?
And if it's there, which size is it?
I would hope that it's here the rattling would be coming from.
Look forward to hear from you

BR Henrik

Hi, there is absolutly nothing within the engine bearing wise to rattle, there are no crank bearings or little end bearings, the only things it could be are timing chain or rollers.
I would put my shirt on it being roller rattle,
Cheers Andy.

Hi Andy,
Thanks for the quick reply - the ting is that I had the Original Variator and rollers and the rattle was there - changed rollers and it was there - now installed Malossi Variator and it is still there.
It's really weird - and I can't seem to figure out which combination that will work without rattle if it's from there it's rattling

Is the scooter still under warranty? If so i'd take it back to the dealer and have them check it. Fingers crossed for you. Good luck

Hmm unfortunately not past the 2 years - but with the modification being made to the bike it wouldn't have been accepted I guess....

But that aside if anyone have more thoughts on my issue - it would be greatly appreciated
