Do you mean for raising the front end or lifting the entire bike?

To raise the front end, I use a small scissors jack with a length of 2x4 bolted to it, to fit below the front forks. Most hydraulic floor jacks should work (if a bit overkill), and most bottle jacks are too tall.

If you mean lifting the entire bike, that has been well-discussed here. See relevant threads.
