I've searched high and low and have not been able to find it. I thought it was a SpitFire from Slip Streamer but I emailed them and they said "Not ours". Their current SpitFire model doesn't look like this one but I thought maybe is was an old model.

It was Maier Mfg. and they don't make that model any more. I got a Slipstreamer Spitfire instead.
