Does this mean we no longer have to have our scooters in the picture to make a tag?

I was referring to the fact that Yardsales scooter was not in the picture of the tag that he had posted after he tagged the tower ... not the random shot he just posted.

I said good-bye because I resigned from owning this thread. I thought I had already explained that to you. To make it very clear to you: what that means is that I don't care about rules, borders, tags, scooter in the tag or not, anything. It is up for grabs. Why don't you take it and do as you please, so you're finally happy and can stop complaining and start riding. This is a photo tag, not a bicker thread.

Or better yet, why don't you start your own and let this die. I'd be happy for it.

I'm sorry, I have to throw my 2 cents in on this one. I think for most of us, we all got scooters for two reasons. Great gas mileage, and the fact that we can get on them and just ride. Before you know it you might be 15 or 30 miles from your home, and you had a blast getting there! (Mind you, I do all of this on a 50cc)
Windbreaker started this thread so everyone could experience all of what OC has to offer. Getting to the next "tag" was half the fun! I would find things that I might want to "tag" for the next one; or just find some awesome ride. Again, I ride a 50 I live in HB and I've gone to Cooks Corner a couple of times. It might take me awhile but I still go (cause it's fun!!)
I guess my point is this. "Some of you" want the next "tag" to be right down the street or just a few miles away. Why did you get a scooter in the first place? And if your not willing to ride it more than 10 miles maybe you shouldn't be playing this game. After all, it's called OC scooter tag...........

Actually, it is called South Orange County Scooter tag (well, for the moment anyway!).

But you know what? You are absolutely right. A game should be fun and if it isn't, there is no sense in playing it.

This started out as a nothing more than a discussion about the possibility of starting a new thread with the intent to getting more people to play more often. It was an idea for more people to have more fun, more often. Nothing more, nothing less.

I had no idea that Moped invented the game, made the rules and owned the rights to Scooter Tag.

I believe the current tag is "an ivy-clad portal, and a collapsing greek column in the background" towards the bottom of page 12. I have no idea where it is ... maybe Lake Forest or Portola Hills?

from what i can tell, the current tag is some guy laying on someones bed. This once fun and simple game is now a posting spot for "temecula rides", homes i think i can afford, tags of demo buildings when current tags havent been complete and a stale "portal" tag with no new up to date hints.

Im glad I also have a harley as that bunch is a tad more organized

Here is your portal tag. I hope you all don't mind a newbie jumping into your game. This sounds like a lot of fun. I am not currently a "Modern Vespa " owner, but I have been a scooter and motorcycle enthusist pretty much my whole life. My current scoot is an Aprilia.

Here is a new tag, just a twist of the throttle away.
