Trying not to bore you with details, so here I go.
I picked up a 1980 P200E when I was passing through Kansas City 2.5 years ago ($500). It did not run. But the price was right so I took it home to Jacksonville FL.
The last owner said it was running before he got it on a trade. He suggested it might be electrical issues. The Vespa is complete. I haven't yet worked on it. That time is about to start.
So the Question is; Whats the completion range for a good cylinder? The Vespa has about 10,100 miles on the odometer (which means nothing).
Thanks for the info.

Minimum is around 100psi, which isn't good, but less than that and it probably won't even start.

When you get started on it, check for spark first. If you don't get any, come back here. We'll get you going.
