Does anyone have a frame diagram that shows ONLY the correct holes that should be in the frame of the Rally 180. We have striped everything back and there appear to be a few holes (that look to be drilled rather than punched) in the frame that we cannot understand. Obviously there are holes where floor strips were riveted on where badges attached etc but there seem to be a few more???

The photos show just a couple of examples.

No diagram but if you take photos of each side we can mark what looks questionable

my guess: those bars they put on bodges.

BTW... thats an awesomely 'clean' frame, no welds, no real damage!

Thanks and you are right, we were very pleased with the frame once we striped it all back, came up very well. Couple of stress fractures but "soft" welded those up without a problem.
The cowls on the other hand are proving a bit more problematic. Both have had the clip-in hooks replaced and left hand side is proving difficult to straighten out and get flush with the body.
