Hi Guys,

Not quite a Vespa owner, although the guts of the Aprilia are not far off the mark, it's certainly not as pretty....

I'm hoping someone might be able to help me, I've been having a few issues with fuelling and finally whipped the carb off for a clean.

I've taken all the jets out and cleaned/blown them out BUT... in the float bowl I noticed that there are 2 jets which have a spring and a bearing within them.

My question is, does the bearing go in first then the spring or the other way round.

The current set up had :
- the one next to the accelerator pump as bearing|spring|jet
- the one in the bowl had spring|bearing|jet

Any clue? Anyone got a schematic that includes these items?

Thanks people

Do you have photos so we can see specifically which parts you are talking about? Your description doesn't sound familiar, but it's been a while since I had a CVK 26 in my hands.
