I'm stuck...and I'm sure the answer's staring me in the face.

The name of the lighthouse is....

The name of a town on the west coast is.....

well seeing as I know nether - I'm out on this one

if you search for lighthouse, you'll find an image of the one, that should be enough of a clue (using the name of the lighthouse) to find the other.

I had no idea of the name of the lighthouse either but a GIS magic.....

yeah I tried that too - all the way to the end twice

just must have missed it.

You figured out the June 18th, 2006 part...Paul McCartney's 64th birthday. As any good Beatles fan knows, Paul McCartney wrote the whimsical Sgt. Peppers's classic "When I'm 64" (when he was 16, actually...well before Sgt. Peppers) in which one of the lyrics goes:

"Every summer we can rent a cottage in the Isle of Wight, if it's not too dear."

(Though I took the liberty and assumed Sir Paul would only rent said cottage when he turned 64, rather than every summer.)

Type in "Isle of Wight" in GIS and the Needles Lighthouse (located on the Isle of Wight) is on the first page.

This might be more of a challenge to find...
But the originating site also contains many other excellent graphics that it has been tempting to use.

what snow crystal look like in Pontedera, Italy

Well there's no chance of snow here in this city in the Pisa region as it's 62 degrees. Just visited a lovely museum and I'm in the mood for lunch.
So I'm eating here, as I've been told this is was nothing short of spectacular.

I wonder if I'll see Roberto Colannino.

I must suck at searching...found the restaurant...found an alternate shot of the exterior, but can't find this shot under anything (unless it's 20+ pages in). I swear I'll get it! (My last tag before heading out for a week in a half on Wednesday.)
