Gray Powell seems to be the real-life embodiment of the forgetful-but-affable drunkard from this holiday classic. (Though honestly, he always annoys the shit out of me.) I sure do hope the old Apple Savings and Loan doesn't have to close because of bumbling Powell's absent-mindedness.

(You might have to search both the character's name and movie title.)

In the city of Angels there's this club that after a hard day of work you can go and for a very reasonable fee rent a firearm and blow the hell out of what ever you want.

But remember their closed from June 28 to July 4 and December 25
to January 1.

(seems you can't buy ammunition in the city on those dates)

Actually, the affable drunkard who nearly tanked Bailey's Building & Loan with his forgetfulness (as described in the clue) was Uncle Billy. Sorry, Scoot! Magazine, but you handed out those accolades a bit prematurely.

That would be the movie Clue,

Miss Scarlet (Lesley Ann Warren) operates an illegal bordello in Washington, DC.

Colonel Mustard (Martin Mull) was a war profiteer who made his money from selling stolen radio components on the black market and works at The Pentagon.

Mrs. White (Madeline Kahn) was drawn in to avoid a scandal regarding the mysterious death of her nuclear physicist husband who knew the secret of the next Hydrogen bomb.

Mr. Green (Michael McKean) is homosexual, a secret that would cost him his job with the State Department if it were widely known.

Wadsworth (Tim Curry) house butler

Professor Plum (Christopher Lloyd), a psychiatrist, who lost his license because he had sex with his female patients. He was assigned to the World Health Organization

Mrs. Peacock (Eileen Brennan), a Senator's wife, has accepted bribes to deliver her husband's vote.

The Abbey Road Album cover is one of the most copied or parodied album covers of all time.

From groups to individuals, like this one for this British comedian, known for his long-running television program with it's vast array of characters, slapstick, burlesque, and double entendres.

I always thought this American sketch comedy show - with its heavy reliance on gags, pithy one-liners, slapstick, and bikini-clad women - owed more than a little to Benny Hill.

That would be Duff Goldman (whose Food Network show, Ace of Cakes, has been tagged before...cough cough). While I believe Duff started Vespa-ing on a black LX 150, the most recent episode to feature his scooter revealed that he had traded up to the best modern Vespa of all...an Avio Gray GTV 250.

On a recent Ace of Cakes episode, Duff, Jeff et al. made a large acoustic guitar cake for this large trade show, an absolute orgy of everything musical.

(When searching, just don't leave off an "M" and add an extra "BLA".)
Piaggio needs to try their hand at making ukes...though you'd still probably have to disconnect the EVAP system.

That would be the NAMM Show is one of the largest music product trade shows in the world.

The acronym NAMM originally stood for the National Association of Music Merchants, but has evolved from a national entity representing the interests of music products retailers to an international association including both commercial, reseller members, affiliates and manufacturers. Therefore, the long form of the name is no longer used, and it is simply known as NAMM, the International Music Products Association.

HOWEVER

The cake was NOT for NAMM, but for the 20th anniversary of Acoustic Guitar Magazine.

Ace of Cakes, Bake, Rattle and Roll. 10:00pm, Food Network.
Duff is commissioned to create a cake for Aflac's Pediatric Cancer Center in Atlanta; Duff, Geof and Elena check out NAMM, a music product trade show, where they make an oversized guitar cake for the 20th anniversary of Acoustic Guitar Magazine.

...completely unrelated...

I'm not a huge rap fan, but after catching this guy's act on Austin City Limits a few months back, I immediately downloaded one of his albums.

Like a lot of rappers, this guy often drops rhymes (wow, I feel soooo white) about growing up on the mean streets...but unlike the streets of his American counterparts, he spent his childhood surrounded by a civil war (which is still going on today) in a country that has been in the news these past couple of years due to an increase in NON-Jack-Sparrow piracy off the African coast.

And while they may not be there, they are here (and maybe a pirate or two) and they are fine.

You'll need the name of the band and the song from the music video that every scooter rider should know.

Well if you like K'naan, then you might like this Australian musician and frontman of a trio, named after him.

He began his musical career as a busker and then started playing at a bar called 'Mojos' every second Tuesday. He built his fan base and by the end of 1998, he was planning his first album.

He is outspoken with his political beliefs, and until 2008 was also known for his signature dreadlocks.

(though he did keep his long pointed acrylic fingernails, which are required for his unique finger picking style)
