Hi Belle, thanks for the welcome! I'm sure we'll meet sometime before long. We can't be more than a few blocks apart lol.
Oldhighway, that was a good tag. It just happens to be the library I used to go to regularly, and if I end up at a branch lately, that's the one. Well, there or Hilliard. Anyway, it was a fun ride. Mine is probably pretty easy, but it's such a goofy landmark I couldn't resist. |

Night Tag!
Only 500 feet from you're last location . . . If you haven't been to The Park of Roses, you must go. Plus Whetstone is a great place to have a picnic or RIDE A BIKE By the way, did you know the Old'n'Grungy used to be the Whetstone River?
For my next location, I recommend taking a special friend and enjoying a meal while you are there. It you are vegetarian, you're in for a treat. If you love meat, you'll love it too. Try the Buddha Bowl or the Veggie Burger, or frankly anything on the menu. I've never had a bad meal there. Its Locally owned and some of the best casual food in the city.... No need to take a night picture to tag up... It was just a beautiful night for a ride... |

Well I can see the address is 220 and that the street is brick, but the sidewalk is new so it must have been replace and if so it should be a pretty busy street should be somewhere in G. village.
Hmmm am I allowed to do that ? Wheres the rule book |

Got it!
I took two pics, as the one in front of the church isn't so great. This is the Glen Echo Presbyterian Church at the corner of Cliffside and Calumet in Clintonville. It's such a neat old building. Cruising through that area really brings back the memories.
The next stop will be posted tomorrow. I had to stop for juice then come home to get mets jr. to bed. 8) |

I'll post a hint if you all want one tomorrow. Edited to make the picture larger. ⚠️ Last edited by smets on UTC; edited 1 time

Yeah, we live in Glen Echo, a block from the ravine. Nice little neighborhood.

Rats. So much for the clever hints and various perspectives lol. Good job!
That was a chilly, grey ride today. It was windy this morning. Of course, that could be me being blown off the road by cement trucks and dump trucks that must have been late to wherever they were going. That's the 2000-year-old Shrum Mound, which overlooks the quarries (and former quarries) which gave Marble Cliff its name if I recall correctly. |

Kathy, good job! I was looking forward to a hint this morning. That was an excellent entry. I rode around yesterday in full gear and still got cold. Time to put the short sleeves in a box.

Smets, you know what that was my first visit to the mound I knew it was there but never took the time to stop and check out the view, so my hat goes off to you for helping me discover such a beautiful place right here in Columbus. THANK YOU

Yes, you served us up an easy one but what a great picture! You have the perfect color bike to place by the corn off of Rings Rd. in Dublin. I work in this area and in the past, kids have painted the corn yellow and green as a Halloween prank. Pretty funny to see it.

TAG!
The old Ohio State Arsenal - not to be confused with THE Ohio State.... This building is right down town on Mound or is it Main... Located in the shadow of Waterford and Miranova the old State Arsenal is now known as the Columbus Cultural Arts Center. Its a rearlly cool building to walk through or take classes in. Behind this garage door is an art studio where you can take classes or rent studio time.
Now for a different angle... on history (ha ha). |

Hey Belle where do you work in Dublin? I am at Cardinal Health we have offices there on Rings Rd. at the Atrium, Do you ride to work? Looking forward to meeting you are you planning on the Hocking Hills ride next week? Hey Mets who found it, S or D ? The cultural arts center is so cool inside, I just finished a class on enameling in there. You guys are playing a tuff game of tag, but I think I know where that last shot was taken so stay tuned |

TwoJacks - Both of us. Suzanne used to take classes their (ceramics and jewelry making). I drive by it everyday. I think that Civic Center Drive is a great ride. Not to mention it is the quickest route to work.
I wish we could make the trip to the Hocking Hills, but my parents are moving into their new house. Humph - moving boxes or scooting on some of the best roads in Ohio through some of the best landscape... Boxes. I love my parents. |
