hey i have a 2012 piaggio typhoon 50 4v 4t that i bought couple days ago. having problems with it the odometer reads 680 miles on it and it wont go past 15mph and the scooter has a bad bog i cleaned the carb put it back on and does the same thing i took the spark plug out cleaned it and put it back in does have good spark and tested compression with my finger feels like it has good compression. any help would be great

go back and clean the carb again. Its a simple process that must be done with the proper tools.

Try and seat the diaphragm again. Classic symptoms of a carb that's not seated properly. Ask me how i know.
