I've had a problem trying to open seat on mp3 battery flat I've managed to open it via starter relay as in photo I managed to take panel off and got to pull relay out with my hand then connect two leads to fresh battery seat opened job. Done

Did you read the manual and follow what it says? On my 2016 you have to press in on the key and turn at the same time.

And from inside the trunk you click the seat latch and the seat opens. The lock would be upside-down so the latch with the cable, would be to your left...

Push the key the same way as to open the door to fill gas, but turn to left
