Has anyone, or does anyone with a LX150 or 50 have a glovebox organizer. I was told, the ones you see online that are for the ET4 will fit the LX150, I am wanting it to put my insurance, and little tools in there, to clean up under my seat. Let me know if anyone has used one of these, if so, do you like it, or have any better "organizational" ideas?

cool
That would be awesome!! I have been trying to get my dealer to get one, they told me they could, but didn't know how much... I told them what they were running online, and they have not contacted me back. I want to give the locals the revenue, but I can't wait around forever. They are having a New Vespa Owner dinner next friday, so I will just check with them then, I hope they are just busy and not blowing me off.

Thanks for Test fitting that for me!!

yeah
I see it advertised for the ET and the GT but seems never directly for the LX, but one would assume, without looking like an ass that one would fit all 3. If not, its a great idea, and someone that has the skills should try to manufacture a custom organizer.

I read somewhere (I can't recall now) that the ET4 one does not fit the LX. So I'll be anxious to see the results of the test fit.

Meanwhile, I've put my registration, insurance card, and some small bills, and put them in a snack-sized zip-lock bag. Then I used electrical tape to tape this to the underside of my seat. Its there if I need it, and secure and out of the way.

Thats a great idea steve, thanks, I will be curious about the fit too. I have heard yes and no on the fit from ET to LX so only true test is to put one in, and see what it does

Test fit results:

The ET's box is wider and higher than the LX's. However, the Piaggio ET organizer will fit in the LX with a small amount of it bunched up at the bottom.

I don't see any reason not to use an ET organizer, other than waiting for an LX specific one.

Great!! Thanks for trying that fit out, I don't see a little bunching up at the bottom to be any major problem.

No problem buddy,

You unfortunately may have to wait a bit for these things to come about, since the lx is so new. I've been waiting for a few things for the GT and have realized it may take another year or so. And with the gts250 having slightly different part I wonder if that will effect the GT parts.

Anyway good luck.

Xavier! You're on here too! Sweet! Yo, thanks for pointing us to where to find the glove box liners... I've tried to get one at SoHo but they said that they couldn't get them in anymore as Piaggio stopped making them or something?! Anyway, I'm psyched, I just ordered it for my ET, I've been wanting one of these things as crap falls out of my box all the time (wait a minute, that didn't sound right).

See you at the Brass Monkey some Wed. night soon.

Does anyone know if this organizer would fit a LT 150?

I've got one for my ET4-- there are 2 types, a bare-bones pouch, and the one I have, with zip pocket, cell phone pouch, &c. I found it on an online Piaggio inventory list, and had the local dealer track one down for me a couple of months ago-- so they're still available. It's a brilliant little mod, making the glove box a lot more convenient.
