Indeed. It was the scoot my son was using. I'm on a quick visit back over here in the UK, sold the scoot for him (funds instantly transferred), and even I wondered how sixpence would get it back to Fife. A van arrived that evening and picked it up.

The instantaneous bank transfer would have been impossible in the US. I suppose Paypal could have been used, but there would have been fees to pay.

I regularly use PayPal and Venmo to transfer money to a niece, my sister, a consultant. No fees paid on either end. You just have to select sending money to a friend or relative. There's also Apple Cash if you are in the Apple environment.I've never checked on how fast it transfers tho.

Look forward to hearing the answer to that from others.
