Hello,

I have a 2010 Vespa GTS 250 and it's come time to finally change the battery.

It currently has a Yuasa YTX14H-BS battery, around $100 to replace. However, I have seen cheaper brands out there for $40.

Any recommendations or should I stick with Yuasa?

Thank you!

Agree on the Motobatt. Not cheaper but definitely better. You get what you pay for.

I'll say MottoBatt also. When it's time for me to change my existing battery out i'm putting in a MottoBatt.

+1 on the Motobatt but make sure you order the correct format for your 2010. The batteries changed form factor between the older and newer GTSs.

Doesn't matter with the Motobatt with its four posts.

It's not the posts, it's the physical dimensions of the battery. I learned that the hard way. My '06 GTS has a different sized battery than newer ones, just can't remember the year when they changed it.

Oh that - the difference is merely the length of the plastic battery tray. Either get the newer one or cut the front of the old one down.

Can anyone confirm this fits in the GTS? Looks taller than the previous version? I am needing two - 2010 and 2007 GTS.
