ok first up me and the SIP web sight just don't get on!

when I took my wifes LXv 125 to bits the nut that held the driving pulley

looked like R121850260 (the one with the lip as shown in the image)

the clutch bell nut looked like PI486326

I thought the driving pulley one was the one off use with the lip.

Thoughts?

Your pic is clutch nut p/n 486324. Vario/drive side is p/n 436783 or B015804. Looks like this:
