Modern Vespa

I am happy to report that after nearly two years of trying to get justice I have prevailed. The guy was a real piece of work but luckily when you're lying a trained judge can tell whats what. I got a monetary settlement that at least covers all my expenses and a bit extra. It's not as much as I hoped for, but a lot better than the nothing I had. A quick word of advice --- If you ever get in any type of accident - Before Anything --TAKE PICTURES - then talk etc etc. If I had taken pictures right away I would have walked away with a lot more and that shit would have gone to jail. Next no matter what you feel or think of your condition go immediately to a doctor and get checked out ,I was so full of adrenalin I didn't realize how injured I was until the next day and not immediately seeking treatment weakened my case. Also they will ask if you're injured never say you aren't - if anything say you don't know as you're too shaken up to know. I was scared of them trying to send me to a hospital and charges for it that I told 911 that I wasn't injured and this also weakened my position - even though I was obviously in shock. I hope that my sharing this will help someone someday. Just remember -DOCUMENT first then worry about anything else and don't comment on your well being - just go get checked out. Cheers ~
