Has anyone tried one of these? Is this the perfect half helmet for San Diego or is it just too El Cajon?

I know the non DOT version of this helmet out of
Helmet City.
Cheap China made helmet. Biggest problem is fit.
You will find an XL thats really a small, a medium thats
an XL etc...
I wouldn't buy one without trying it on. Also they have
no venting. They really get pretty hot when no air can get
into them. Vespa helmets have the vent problem and cost
alot more.
Find a good helmet with good venting you can try on before
you buy. IMHO

Are you trying to wake me up???

You don't have the look to pull off the El Cajon (H#ll's Angels), Santee-Lakeside weekend Harley (Wild Hogs) rider look. To join that club, you need to be at least 45, graying long hair, mustache, and at least 40 lbs overweight.

A crowd of about fifty people gathered to watch us load the beer. Several teen-agers got up the nerve to help. A man wearing madras shorts and black business socks kept asking Pete and Sonny to pose while he backed off for panoramic sequences with his home movie camera. Another man, also wearing bermudas, sidled up to me and asked quietly, "Say, are you guys really Nazis?" "Not me," I said. "I'm Kiwanis." -From Hell's Angels by Hunter S. Thompson.

If I drill vent holes in the helmet myself will I void the warranty or should I have my dealer do it?
