Right, so this will be too anal for many, but I want to know what the original finish or plating was on the crankcase bolts and nuts in particular on the mid 60s large frame scooters. This is for my 180SS so I'm keen to know about other fasteners on the scooter.
I understand many don't care, I'm just interested to see if I can get the original fasteners back to their original condition.
