My two chassis frame holes (2 sides) where the axle is inserted to hold the engine, ARE NOT ALIGNED. The hole at the left side is positioned a little bit forward, thereby the engine is slightly slanted. This resulted to a difficult ride, where the whole scooter veers to the right while running.
Could I loosen the axle nut and realign the engine to how it is supposed to be? Are the 2 axle hole big enough with extra clearance to adjust the axle?
The upper rear shock absorber's chassis frame HOLE is extra big to accommodate an angle adjustment of the rear shock, maybe to compensate for a misaligned engine, but it's not enough.

i found out they are not adjustable, theyre fixed, darn vespa assemblies here in Asia. Maybe the jigs are not updated, or the plant technicians are not that good, always conversing during work and careless.

I lost the threads of my axle , trying to correct the misalignment in futility.

Have the scooter been in an accident? I've never came across one that has misaligned engine mounts especially with piaggio.

inosantos,

I'm sure in Phlipperland you can find a shop that does this all the time to the old two-stroke vespas. They can also do it to yours.
