hi

i have bought ET4 150 and it has Dellorto PHVD 22 carb, it is weird, it looks like for 2T

it is working fine on idling, if i go easy on the throttle it will do fine, but if i step on in, it chokes...

it has new union pipe, and carburetor has been cleaned...

what now? where to search?

Probably jetting. You need to tune the carb. Did you change anything or is it all stock?

Does it sputter or big? Sputter is too rich, big too lean. What does your plug look like. Has it ever run for you?

No air leaks? 22mm sounds kind of small for a 150cc engine.

If its idling and you spray wd40 on the manifold... does the idle increase?

Is the slide in the carb correctly? Seen that a bunch.
Also while looking at the slide... see what kind of adjustments you can make to the slide needle. Also make sure the throttle pull allows the slide to go up & down the full amount of travel.

now it goes just fine

except, when i go full throttle and then i slow down for example speed bump, and then step on the throttle, for a second it shakes up bike and then it flies away...

to much fuel?

I am very curious, aren't this carb reverse? Or something on it?
