I own black and much prefer red. Have fun looking, I'd like to come down & help...

Black doesn't UV fade like red.

Just make sure that whatever you choose is up to date on it's maintenance intervals. Certain intervals are more expensive than others. Seller should be able to show service records and be up front with accident history. The 250s had a recall for the fuel pump. Make sure the one you choose had it done if it falls in the recall window. Other than that look for cracked or crimped hoses under the seat bucket. Check every electrical switch for correct operation and choose a color that makes you happy. I like red AND black.

Welcome to MV! Good advice so far. Can't comment on price as it varies quite a bit around the world.

Good luck...I think you'll enjoy your scooter once you get it. Red, black, meh, pick what moves you!

Welcome to the madness!

I can't comment on the 250s but scooters are a bit addictive (I have 4) and you might find yourself wanting to roam farther than you had initially thought. I can tell you from experience if you want to ride any distance, more power might be preferable, especially two-up. Whatever you get, enjoy the heck out of it!!! Razz emoticon
