Serviced, washed and waxed this 2018 Liberty 150i today.
That center panel lets you do simple valve checks and spark plug replacements. Air filter is easy to get to, as it the front CVT nut for turning the engine to TDC.
Even both ends of the shock mounts are easy to access.

I have been using this stuff on cars, motorcycles and scooters for years. Getting hard to find, now. (so I bought a case) Easy on, easy off, no powdery residue. Feels good, smells good!

Well, when valves are a pain to get to......scooter suffers from neglect.
But the rationalizations offered up for skipping valve checks are quite entertaining to read. So, there's that....

Beautiful scoot. I really like these. I had an LT150. Not as advanced as the newer version but a great scooter in itself. I have a 1995 Yamaha Riva 125 that both my wife and I use to putt around on. Awesome scooter. It too was designed with maintenance in mind. Both side panels can be removed in about 3 minutes. Think about that for a minute....More manufacturers (of EVERYTHING) need to think about that when they are designing things. They don't and won't...

That windshield also looks excellent on your scoot.

Looks like a much more refined version of my Kymco People 150. Very nice lines.
