Just wanted to know if I'm missing out on something with the use of the "Mode Button". Do any riders use this feature , or is it for long trips ? For keeping track of miles traveled.

Yep. All the time. I really like that you can reset the trip odometer (not to mention change modes) without ever taking your hand off the bars.

I reset A every time I fill up to calculate mpg. I use B for all other reasons.

I reset Trip A everytime I fill up the tank and reset Trip B everyday when I first get on it, so I can see how many miles I put on that day when I park it at night.

I reset the "A" mode when I fill in gas, the B one is for other trips.

Very useful as I can ride the mp3 for 250 kms maximum without being out of gas

Mode Button
Thanks for the answers to the mode button feature. I'm going to start using it now. Maybe for checking out milelage for different routes to destinations. And gas consumption.
