The glovebox on my Scooter rattled quite a bit. I tried bending in the corners, but that didn't help much.
I took another look at it this morning and stumbled on to a solution that worked.
I took the rubber grip off of a pen and cut 2 half inch lengths off. I put them on the latch and lock and the rattle is gone!

Open it lock it then close it pushing the corners back ..... you need to bend it from the lock

This stuff, cut to length and stuck in the groove around the toolbox opening also works well.

Rubber automotive vacuum hose makes great edge trim. make a cut along it's length. fit over edge. durable, because it's rubber not plastic, looks good and holds on w/ little or no glue.

creative solutions... Ill have to give this a go as well, mine rattles a lot as well at higher speeds.
