I had a day off today and took a morning trip to the Øresund Bridge (the bridge between Sweden and Denmark). I'm a train driver by profession and drive that bridge several times a week. It was nice to see the bridge from another perspective on a totally different kind of vehicle.

Some roadside repair the other day. The front shock bushing fell out from it's housing while driving. Could have ended way worse than it did.

New to the scooter scene. I have boughten a few over the past year.
Your 64 really caught my eye. The body design Is awesome and I had to have one. So I went on a hunt...took me a bit, but I got something as close as I could. Noticed you have a front shock. Any way the 65 has been somewhat vietnamized. Not sure if it is...but it has that look. The 68 sprint has not been restored, but it does have a P200e motor. Runs really well...great for rallies.

Very nice Vespas, Scott!

Looks like there are some differences between a European VNB (or VNS in my case) and an American Sears Allstate dito. The steering head is totally different and from a Google picture search, it looks like the Sears Allstate VNB wasn't equipped with a front shock. Therefore I think there's nothing bogus with your scooter.
