Look at the angle of the rear wheel. The front wheels are also pointing left. The perspective exaggerates the height of the wheel a little too.
It will lock in that position. Drive one wheel up on a tall ramp. lock the suspension and back down while leaning it to remain stability on one wheel.
Warning: do the same in reverse to release the suspension, I suspect it is not fun unlocking in an unsupported position.
I also suspect there were a few helpers for stability.
