It looks like the scooter is "high stepping" like a marching band musician! see an example here http://www.calband.berkeley.edu/calband/cbaa/historybook1993/05/

It would be a cooler picture if the woman was in a marching band outfit and it had a caption along the line of, "No you can't march in the parade!"

Look at the angle of the rear wheel. The front wheels are also pointing left. The perspective exaggerates the height of the wheel a little too.

It will lock in that position. Drive one wheel up on a tall ramp. lock the suspension and back down while leaning it to remain stability on one wheel.

Warning: do the same in reverse to release the suspension, I suspect it is not fun unlocking in an unsupported position.

I also suspect there were a few helpers for stability.

Yes, and remember that the MP3 weighs in at 450 LBS or so.

We have done that too, but I wont anymore,I love my MP3 and me.
