yes I have a c2 and its as nice helmet as you can ask for....especially the sun visor.....BE SURE to try on and make sure it fits......cheek pads can be tight, and there is no adjustment like the shoei or others....doesnt break in either, so if it feels too snug or too tight then go to next size.

I have a C2. I like it. Most important thing however is fit. Don't buy unless you try and are sure that it fits your head.

My first helmet was a C2. Really nice, but horrendously heavy. I had no idea how heavy it actually was until I bought my Shark helmet. No more neck and shoulder stiffness after a long ride. And those helmets are HUGE! I looked like an astronaut.

I have been using a C2 for over a year and it is a great commuter helmet. The sun visor is a God send as I don't like wearing sunglasses inside my helmet.
The best part of the helmet is that it is very quiet. I commute to work wth Shure earbuds connected to my iPod and I can hear very well without having to turn the volume up to the max. Definitely worth considering! |

Thanks everyone, Moto Mark I also have Shure e-buds, do they fit comfortably? Also does anyone else find the helmets heavy?

The Shures fit fine, I loop the cord over my ears and then put the helmet on. I listen to a lot of podcasts and I'm able to hear the everything, as well as the traffie around me.
As for weight it is heavier than my 2 Arais but the C2 has much more parts involved to put it together, but having said that you get used to the weight and it dosen't bother me. |

I picked up my J1 on eBay brand new from a motorcycle shop in Germany. You can either purchase from the UK or from the rest of europe. The exchange rate on the Euro is much better then the British Pound - so it was cheaper to order from Germany and I had the helmet in about 7 days. I also ordered a Momo Fighter from the UK and ended up saving about $175.00 vs US prices.
J1 is an awesome helmet and I had been wanting one for a while. Only downside is that the sun visor doesn't come down far enough to cover your eyes - but that is easily remedied with a pair of sun glasses. |
