What's the maintenance history? Rear wheel ever been off? A very tiny amount is normal, tolerance in bearings magnified by wheel diameter.

Should be fine unless a bearing is going. Would have additional symptoms, noise, roughness at rotation if this were the case. 2 bearings on the axle, outer sealed grease, inner wet. How's the trans fluid level?

A tiny amount is normal - really! However, the wheel should be moving (just a fraction mind) with respect to the engine/transmission - if the whole engine/transmission moves wrt the frame then the engine swingarm needle bearings need replacing - this is a fairly normal occurrence with scoots a few years old, especially in wet or humid conditions. Those needle bearings have eff-all grease from the factory.
