What is this you ask? Hawaii is the only state where this happens. Sun is directly overhead. For about 15 minutes things don't cast a shadow or a normal shadow on (Wed,Thur and Fri). 8) Here are a few pics. The first one i took and you can see the tube didn't cast a shadow. 8) The others i gleaned off of the web because the sun kept going in and out Pretty cool.
