Can I still use Poly Vinyl? Tubing? Feel hard like plastic Not soft pliable like the original

You can find fuel line in many places. Auto Spares places. Model aircraft suppliers etc.
I'm not sure i would use polyvinyl as it might not be fuel resistant. Unless it is reinforced braided type and is described as being OK for fuel.

Here most motorbike spares shops sell silicone? based brightly coloured fuel hose.
