I bought some LED resistors from Amazon and I'm not sure where I should connect it. The easiest would be just in the rear signals only since I can access those wires easily but the preferred would be in the main wires that feed both front and rear so I can have LED at both ends.

Does anybody have a wiring diagram for a 2016 GTS and how to access it?

Also these resistors did not come with instructions and I'm not sure what end is what. Little help?

Resistors work either way. Doesn't matter which end goes where.

The resistors go in parallel with turn signal LEDs, one resistor for each side. It doesn't matter if you wire them in the front, the back, or in the middle at the alarm connector. They are necessary to simulate the low resistance of OEM incandescent bulbs, as otherwise the turn signal relay would either think a bulb was blown and flash at twice the speed, or perhaps (with no bulb there, just LEDs) not flash at all.

I fitted mine at the front, one resistor for the left the other the right (that sorts the rears automatically). With the horn cover off you've enough ugh access and can cable tie them up.

You literally put one wire to the indicators + and the other to the minus.

Note although mentioned you can put either way mine only worked one way round so test then terminate properly.

Any diagrams?

What light LED bulb and color did you guys use? The stock one is described only as "capless" in the owner's manual but no designation.

Replace your flasher relay with a LED suitable one, and you won't need the resistors. Here is Mitch doing it in a Fly:
