and safe driving. Changed my religion again, no longer a mod. I have went back to being a vanner, sorry folks but trying to load a scooter for a camping weekend just got too much. Would rather do it in comfort in the van. Again I say take care and safe driving days to you all. Lesley M.

Jet Peddler is right, no need to leave MV. Family is family regardless of religion. I'd bet that van would look lovely with a huge Mod target slapped on each side!

Scooters have been sold to an Essex Guy, he took the blue and grey. The green scooter (jimc's old one) was sold to somebody local. The money I got from the scooters paid in part for the van. As for being a stranger, I'll probably post more NOT having a scooter than when I DID have a scooter (OR two, or three, or whatever ) 8)

I bought a Renault Trafic long wheelbase which is going to help me move house then it will be converted to an overnighter.

Keep the scoot, load in the back of the van and use it when you get there!!

Do as you wish but my aging plan IS a scooter, never have I wanted a van.
I camped with my scoot a few weeks back-couple minutes to load- sleeping bag, tent, tarp and air mattress-no cooking. My biggest challenge is to keep gasoline off the cat boix stuff every 150 miles of riding on what was a thousand mile trip.

We see (when snowbirding in winter) a lot of the slimmer, narrow vans here in USA park camping- most are the M-B/ Chrysler conversions.
It could be said that to stop riding PTW's is sacreligious not changing religions?
