Can anyone out there shoot me some good photos of the wiring near the battery and fuse block? I have diagrams just need to have a good look at someone else's set up.
Thank you,
Rinaldi

Need to clean it up. Want a stock look. Currently it runs but everything else doesn't work. Just cleaned up the wiring behind the headlight.

If you find a picture or don't find a picture you may want to convert to AC.
Scooterwest has a easy to follow video to do this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ES6BxBUDcg Good luck! |

The wiring on my 76 Super is a little different - only one fuse. I tried to take a pic but it's too tight and doesn't show much.
This should help:

Dunno..
Insurance it... Add an old-Skol ticking clock Print a copy of above wiring diagram (black & white will be best) Park it somewhere prominent Go shopping & once the bomb squad robot blows it up claim it on insurance? |

Yup, that's the one if you want to go stock. But there are other options.
BGM makes this 6v regulator/rectifier that I believe can be wired to work for your set up. http://scooter-speed.com/voltage-regulator-bgm-6v-ac-dc-4-plug-dw-bgm6696/ Run your yellow wires from the stator to the AC IN connection on the regulator, the white-green from AC OUT, the positive from the battery and the red power wire to the ignition switch from the DC OUT terminal the regulator, black wire to ground, and either ground or float the white wire. |

After looking at the original diagram I'm guessing the green wire gets a fuse and connects to the positive on the battery?
Is the connecting wire between the two yellow wires going into the regulator ok? It came that way in the box. The old fuse block is all buggered up so I'm not using it. What size fuses should I use? |
