I post videos for free on YouTube all the time. Why can't you?

I've got a number of friends who have YouTube channels with hundreds of videos posted. Never heard of anyone being charged.

You may want to try breaking it into two segments and uploading it that way. There are many great video editing programs that work well with YouTube. I use the Pinnacle Pro app on my cell phone which works very well - I think it cost $9.95 or close to it.
