I just got a 2007 LX 150 and these small rubber pieces were in the storage bin. Each are black rubber about the size of a dime. I searched everywhere and nothing seems missing.

One last question. Will a 12 point 15/16th socket strip the oil drain plug?

Thanks[/img]

2007, so I assume it's used. Those pieces could be from something the previous owner was carrying. The bottom one is a common rubber bumper found on a lot of stuff.
Get yourself the proper size metric socket. They're only a couple of bucks.

Agree completely. You definitely don't want to strip it. Check at any hardware store and it should be a 24mm.

Avoid 12 point sockets and stay with 6 point. Much less likely to round corners off.

On the rubber bumpers- look for holes that the bayonet ends can poke into that are vacant on yer scoot. Maybe they fell olut or the previous owner couldn't get them poked into the holes. They keep lids, etc., from rattling.
Pro mechanics use 12p & 6 pt sockets but generally speaking 6pt's is better in the same way a box wrench is more secure than an open end wrench.
12pts go onto worn heads when a 6 might not like the fit plus they can be engaged at more points of the compass in a tight spot. Vehicles have tight spots!
Lowe's and HD sell onesies sockets and quality's OK-look online to see if they have the size?

Will it even fit? 24mm = 0.945in, 15/16 = 0.938in. If it fits you will be fine.
