On the way home I pressed the button to cancel the turn signal and the entire switch moved in and is no longer secure. Basically inoperable with one hand, switch functions fine but is loose in the housing. Anyone else have this issue?
I'd appreciate some "how to" for getting inside to fix it.
Thanks

as opposed to the other switches in the headset, the signal switch mounts with screws-- the other switches have a push lock/tab retention system.

so that being said, your switch has either:
fallen apart-- unlikely
loosened from the mounting-- more likely
broken the mounting tabs on the switch-- even more likely
broken the mounting lugs from the headset-- most likely

here's the basic how to on getting to it-
LX150 Chrome Headset and Horncover Installation

thanks to MV member robotribe for the pix and words!

best,

Repair
Drat! - broke lugs from headset.
Any ideas for a fix, other than new headset?
Temprorarily shimmed it in place.
