ok, i got the clutch bell off without the nut removal tool....i stuck a piece of wood between the rim and exhaust pipe to keep the wheel from turning. now i'm trying to remove the flywheel lookin' gear thingie...you know, the part connected to the other end of the belt.

i hear i can use a strapwrench...is this true? it looks like the teeth will dig into the wrench and break the strap.

i've also heard of some kinda towel trick. how do i do it?

i'm in hawaii, so i really don't want to have to order the removal tool.

so to sum it up...how the fruck do i get the nut off without using a specially made removal tool?
