I built a P200e motor with a Pinasco 225 kit using a Tameni long stroke crank. The motor is vibrating really strongly from medium revs onwards and generally sounds pretty rough.

Timing is according to spec but I didn't check the squish when installing the kit. Could that be the culprit? Flywheel a bit unbalanced? Is the crank shitty?

When I did a 225 I had hot rod AL machine a head down for me. He also did all the porting.

I know with some of the Pinasco kits with the provided heat the squish is something like 2.6.

Al also worked on the Worb 5 crank I used.

Would an incorrect head clearance cause vibrations?

I also forgot to mention that I have a banded clutch, with the band welded by me. Could it be that it might be unbalanced causing vibrations?

Unfortunately, it could be just about anything. First thing to check is does it make any difference what gear it is in? Does it make any difference with clutch in or out?

Un-likely to be caused by the Pinasco kit, flywheel or crank.
