Well, interesting, if not funny. I'd hate to be dying in an ambulance in traffic.
Population density seems pretty critical, but clearly attitudes of drivers matter.

Makes me glad I live somewhere that ambulances have mostly clear sailing. Hope I never need one, but don't want to die in traffic, either.
I'll have to say that around here it would pretty much look like in the Poland and Germany parts. The Poland version looked even more familiar, as the cars were pulling off the road quite a lot - that's what you'll see here, most of the drivers really make a lot of room and at the same time, that's what an ambulance (or a fire truck) driver expects = they do drive like a boss....
