Took my BV350 to the dealer to get ECU updated and codes read. They got code P0611 which is not in the manual.
Sent contact request to Piaggio Customer Care asking for test procedure for this code that is not in the manual. Hope to get a reply next week, but was hoping somebody may know and have the test procedure already. Know I am grasping a straws here but never hurts to ask.
Road close to 100 miles before check engine light came back on. Thought the update had fitted it.

I searched "P0611" and found mostly "Fuel Injector Control Module", but came across this about a page down in a Google search:

Reasoning that a Guzzi might be close enough to a Piaggio, I read on... It may be a false lead, but it's easy enough to check the charging voltage.

I will check out the voltage.

Just another straw... Check the ground side connection for the fuel injector. A bad ground could raise the voltage seen by the fuel injector control circuits of the ECU.

Change the injector solenoid under the seat? You mean relay or the injector itself? I have changed the Injector using the one form my parts MP3 500. (uses same injector.)

Where the fuses are There's 3 small relay's. If you read the troubleshooting in the manual it mentions a relay. I can't remember the name. The manual points to where the fuses are. I didn't want to research witch one, so I changed all of them. Only a couple bucks each and all the same part #.

Thought you may have meant relay.
I'll just swap them around. Never buy, test
It is like testing a bad stick of memory on a motherboard.
Have a bad stick in slot 1A, move it to Slot 1B to make sure it is not the CPU or the slot itself that is bad not the stick of memory.

Lisa from Piaggio called me yesterday about my problem.
She did let me know tech support says P0611 is just a stall code.
And said I should take it to dealer for further diagnostics by them.
They sound very interest in specifics as to When it was stalling, Hot, cold, coming to stop or just riding down the road. Mine it stalling coming to a stop and won't start again for a few minutes sometimes. Sound like other posts here.
Thinking about starting some research., calling all US Piaggio dealers to see if I can find a pattern of early BV350's stalling.
Could ever email UK and EU dealers. 8) 8)
