How do you clean the seat of an SI carburetor? I have tried a new needle, but the carb still leaks, so I assume the seat must be dirty.

You can try a little rubbing compound on a Qtip. If you can get ahold of a Qtip made with a wood stick you can chuck it into a small battery drill and use that to spin it. I guess you could even used some comet cleanser or toothpaste for compound.
