I am wanting to replace the damaged rear handlebar cover on my GT200 but i cannot find the correct part. Most seem to have the rectangular starter button but my 2003 model has round buttons . I have found a few on ebay but most of them have broken lugs.

The connectors on the wiring loom are also different .

Any advice on what i can do

It's a hard part to find. I dug up the part number and got one from Piaggio about a year ago, and have found that no matter what Front handlebar cover you order, you are going to get the one that goes with the rectangular switches, and they don't fit together.

these are the ones Piaggio still allegedly has in their warehouse in Pontedera, which doesn't mean that's really what they have. They might have gotten the new ones and stuck the old part number on them.

And the unpainted one as well.
