we had a harmonium but recently gave it away to an appreciative friend.
We really want to get a theremin but haven't done so yet. Our instrument room/ office overfloweth.

I am still amazed that your ratings are bouncing around - I think there are people out there who are purposely rating you below their friends - not that anyone here would do that

"Play" is such a relative word. When I first got into a couple of years ago, yeah, I did. But now I just blow the dust off of it and try to remember how an E chord is made on the blasted thing.

The companies sponsering them makes sure someone on the inside wins so they don't actually have to give them away. Or they give it to the cousin of the ad exec who dreamed the whole idea up. Biggest scam in the world. Has anyone EVER known anyone who won something like this?

I have known plenty of people who have won scooters - heck, I saw three of them won myself just last month.

WE'VE WON!!! Yes! We did it! With your help and support (friends, families, and fans alike) we took the "Vespa Vespa" MUSIC VIDEO to the top and impressed the judges. The GO GREEN Vespa Video Challenge has finally announced the winners.

Piaggio Group announces winners of user-generated video contest; Vespa scooters to be awarded Vespa scooter fans from San Diego, Washington, DC and Roseville, Calif. to be presented with new scooters in recognition of creative, original videos touting Vespanomics message Piaggio Group Americas, Inc. conducted a two-month contest, the "Go Green Vespa Video Challenge," in which Vespa scooter owners and fans of Vespa were encouraged to develop creative videos that demonstrate their devotion for Vespa scooters and brand. More than 100 original videos were created and submitted to promote the Vespanomics message: how Vespas help curb global warming, decrease traffic congestion and make a style statement.

Today, the top three winners were announced. They will each receive one of three Vespa scooters. Finalists and the grand prize winner were determined by a Piaggio Group panel based on user ratings, ability to address key Vespanomics principles, as well as creativity and originality.

After careful review and consideration the winners are:

Grand Prize: "Vespa Vespa MUSIC VIDEO"
Vespa GTS 250 awarded to Rex Hermogino of San Diego, CA

Second Place: "Vespa Rider Profile #7005: The Story of Randall Barnaby"
LX 150 awarded to Eric Brewer of Washington, DC

Third Place: "Go Green, Save Green & Do It With Style"
LX 50 awarded to James Eckes of Roseville, CA

Vespa apparel will be provided to multiple runners-up.

The three top winners will receive their new Vespa scooters at the Piaggio Group Americas Display during the International Motorcycle show in San Mateo, Calif. on Friday, November 16, 2007.
