Looks amazing but not the best engine choice though...

It looks interesting but seems to miss the point a bit. The original bike was achingly beautiful. It looked fast even while standing still but it also went fast when you turned the throttle. This one looks too heavy in comparison and sounds a little under powered. The whole point of the original was too have more power than was sensible in a scooter frame. Personally I'd prefer a similar style frame to before but with a 300cc engine and a supercharger or, even better, a supercharger and a turbo. Can you have nitrous on the road? I wouldn't care about storage capacity or the ability to carry a passenger. The whole point of the bike has to be outrageous.

That's one radical naked scooter. I agree that more engine would make better sense - even a stock 300.

I quite like that one. It actually reminds me a bit of my Enfield.

Beautiful. Ducati Monster & KTM Super Duke love child. Sadly, no dealer network, no dice. Also the engine, not too sure about that.

I was nipping to the bank to pay him for some bits. ... got to a set of lights n 2 chavities on drag 50s offered a race .... I let em go then flew past em at full twat . ... by fuckity they move ..... had to slow as I really didn't wanna kill Micks scoot ......

really wanted one after that but I've never had the coin ..... that's why I have 2 t5s .... I can build them

If anybody is interested in the reliability of the engine on the old dragster: I had a Gilera Runner 180 SP which had the same engine but different chassis. I think I bought mine 2nd hand and then raced it every day on my daily commute for 5 years. It was competing directly with 600cc sports bikes and up (childish I know). I was actually amazed the bike lasted the 5 years. Eventually the whole bike just fell apart on me - plastic, electrics, engine and chassis. This was all about 15 years ago and I still look back fondly to that bike. If I could ever get the Dragster version then I'd probably mount it on a wall and just stare at it.

I love the frame. The engine is it's weak point, but overall I like it!

The 2 lads at PSN both had a 180 ...... Andys son had a kitted 50 .... they said the weakest link are the forks ..... if they sorted that they'd recommend but as is they all said stay away ...... id still love one .....

Saw it, met some of the higher-ups at Italjet, and had a nice chat with the designer (to be continued). Pre-ordered a few even lol. Here's to hoping the fast prototypes will enable production in 2019 and importation stateside soon after.

new dragsters were supposed to be shipping in first quarter of 2021. anyone get one yet?

Wait, we're supposed to get them in the USA? Or are yo just asking our friends in Europe? I missed out on the first run of the Dragsters and Formulas, and the cool Torpedo, the first time. IF the new 200cc Dragsters come to the USA I will not miss out this time.

If it comes to the US I will at least ride one and probably get one.

My 2000 kitted to 172 is stupid fast and one of the most fun scooters I have ever ridden! (dyno 23.5 hp at wheel)

obviously covid delayed production. but the last update stated "worldwide distribution" is the plan. canada has a dealer listed. usa no. but I am hoping a distribution solution is still being worked out for us.
