2007 Vespa LX150 in excellent running condition. 10,100 miles and counting.

I've owned it since 2014 when it had 1,000 miles on it.
Very well maintained: here's the relevant maintenance history:
2014 at 1,000 miles (after purchase from previous owner):
New beefier fuel lines (the original ones were degraded from ethanol).
Regular maintenance performed at recommended intervals (oil and filter, gear oil, air filters cleaned).
Seafoam gas treatment used regularly to prevent ethanol damage and issues.
2015:
New battery installed.
Installed Battery Tender pigtail to keep battery juiced year round.
Front tire replaced due to age with Michelin City Grip (plenty of tread left.)
2017 at 7,200 miles:
Front brake fluid flush, new fluid added. (Rear brake is drum.)
Front brake pads replaced with Malossi performance pads (original pads come with purchase).
Speedometer cable lubricated.
Clock battery replaced (spare clock battery included with purchase).
Spark plug replaced.
2017 at 7,800 miles:
New transmission belt and rollers installed by Vespa Dallas dealership (noticeable performance improvement).
2018 at 10,100 miles (most recent maintenance done late October):
Engine oil and filter changed.
Gear oil changed.
New air filters (2) installed with K&N filter oil.
New Michelin City Grip rear tire installed.
Cleaned up and ready to ride!
It has the usual bumps and bruises (from the previous owner, not me).
In excellent running condition!
I've switched to motorcycles, so she needs a new home to keep her exercised.
